Hotel a Litchfield

“We had to reschedule to a hotel in a different location due to logistics issues as the funeral we were attending was in another city so this review is for Quality Inn not Days Inn. We were rebooked to a Quality Inn in Toledo Ohio. It’s a filthy place, with plumbing that didn’t work. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain and the toilet didn’t flush. “Filthy dirty. The vents are caked in dust/dirt. Looks like black mold in the rooms that have been painted over. The entire building REEKS of marijuana. Very poorly maintained. It was so bad we almost left but it was late when we checked in and we were tired. Would never return or recommend staying here!”

“Rooms dirty, no soap, toilet seat loose, room phone dead, Elevator not working. We had a room on the 3rd floor. I have stayed there over 20 times and the quality has declined every visit. This was our last stay”

“I loved the cleanliness of hotel and the many things we had access to, our studio room had a refrigerator and also a sofa bed that was very convenient we also had green apples available if needed and hot tea and coffee if needed to relax/kick back. Our staff was wonderful. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty.”

“Clean newly built hotel lots of amenities price was fair not expensive not cheap. Staff was accommodating good breakfast nothing spectacular but good.”

“My first time to Marshall and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Check in was quick and very pleasant. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I didn’t have time to eat the next morning but it looked lovely, Checkout was a breeze! I’m putting the contact information on my phone book. I’ll definitely return there. My grandson is a student at the University of Olivet, so I’ll definitely be back!”

“My room was clean and furnished nicely. The lobby and dining area were well kept. The hallways and stairways looked dirty and smelled badly. I could smell marijuana in the stairways and throughout the hallway. Need a covered smoking section near one entrance to keep people away from the entrances smoking. I gave it a try based on price but I won’t be returning there again.”

“The front desk person was asleep on a couch near the front desk. I had to wake them up to check me in. Then I got back one day and someone had pooped in our toilet and left it there while we were gone! ”

“Didn’t even check in. Pulled into the parking lot and noticed that the windows were busted out of at least 3 of the rooms. Felt very unsafe. Boyfriend went in and checked the lobby and was going to have host show us a room but the lobby was absolutely nasty. We ended up going in and talking to the host and he told me he had already cancelled my booking because the card I used to hold the room didn’t go through.
