“The welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. The second room was decent.”

Le chiavi elettroniche non funzionavano bene e abbiamo dovute sostituirle più volte. La struttura non è bella e non è tenuta bene. Le stanze sono discrete, abbastanza grandi con spazio per valigie ed effetti personali, c’è una vista carina sul porto. La posizione è oggettivamente molto centrale e strategica per visitare Newport.
