“The property was well maintained and clean. Microwave and fridge in the room with counter was clean and with utensils. No odor. Carpet clean. One area for improvement is the breakfast. It is continental and the choices were few, and cooking method was too basic. Also, quite small outdoor pool area. Otherwise nice property, pleasant and helpful staff, and I would book again.”

The next day she let both large pots of coffee run out at 7:45 am before refilling them, that took fifteen minutes to replenish them. “The property is well maintained and all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and even though the property says they’ll clean every other day, we ended up getting our room cleaned up everyday. The continental breakfast is basic but helpful for those that need to get something in the tummy without having to leave.”

“Everything was PERFECT! My friends and I were in town for the Hilary Duff concert. When we came back after a long night; our room had amazing beds for us to sleep and recover. The food and the saltwater pool were also very good for our recovery. The only minor setback we had was the damage to the TV. We were not in the room long enough to notice it right away but there was a huge scratch on the TV that had looked to have been caused by the lamp that was sitting on the desk in front of it. We...

“Clean and friendly stuff, buuuut the noise and the up stairs people. There was no joke, the doors the foot steps, one night and it was 10 pm we knew it was going to be a long night. Morning the breakfast area same lady taking all the food and snacks. For my self, not coming back. ”

“The worst long wait to check in only one clerk and they gave me a smoking room when I requested non smoking. Room phone didn’t even worked for me to tell them about the smell of cigarettes in the room. I called front desk from my phone and was put on hold for more then 15 min no answer. I have a bad stay at this place.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The hotel was undergoing construction, which created a lot of dust, noise, and general disruption throughout the property. The elevator was also not working at times, making it difficult and uncomfortable to navigate the building. These conditions significantly affected our experience, and we do not feel the hotel should have been operating normally without clearly informing guests beforehand. We would not stay here again under these circumstances.”
