“Basic last minute family room after our original property let us down. Fair price for what you got. Didn't like the strong smell of air freshener on the first night felt like it was an attempt to mask something as could have sworn we smelt cannabis around the landing etc the first night, gone the second night and we only stayed the two nights. Window in the room was hard to close properly and lots of loud traffic all the time. Staff was friendly and had banter , shop and petrol station across...

Swam in pool and lake, also arrived to a beautiful plate of chocolates for our wedding anniversary, lovely treat.. will be back for a girls retreat next time … a wonderful stay .. xxxx ”

“The bar wasn't open and there was no facilities for breakfast. Even the option of having cereals you could help yourself to and a toaster to make toast would have been good. My room was adequate but the shower cubicle was broken and the shower itself was attached to the wall and could only be used by hand. The bathroom wasn't very clean either. When I told the staff I wasn't happy they weren't interested and didn't bother until I said I was leaving early to offer another room.”
