“The overall stay was satisfactory. Clean room, nice lobby, upgrade from your normal breakfast included fair. The only glitch was that the desk staff seemed a little overwhelmed and not on top of things. I had reported that the bathroom sink handle was not attached and the response i got was, "does it still work?". Well, it did, as long as you held it in your hand so it didnt drop in the sink. This is a basic preventive maintenance issue that could be easily overcome by a better versed...

“Great location, big room, and great service. Here for a weekend passing through CT. The hotel really needs a deep clean, as the couch in our room had stains and spots, and the shower floor looked liked it had not be scrubbed in weeks. The bed was very hard, but other than that it was a good stay. The front was getting repairs to the tile floors, and the gym was getting upgrades and not in use. The pool was freezing, so don't expect a nice dip! All in all, would stay here again, just don't expect...

“Really clean and comfortable bed. My request for top floor was not looked at or mentioned and I was placed beside a very noisy room which fortunately quieted down at bedtime. The real low point was the managements handling of breakfast. There has got to be a better way to manage all the guests who want breakfast: the waitstaff couldn’t t possibly keep up with the number of guests. The toaster didn’t work. “We stayed one night while my daughter had a dance competition in nearby Springfield- it was about 15 minutes from the venue- Impeccably clean, great location close to the highway lots of stores and food options, breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was very busy on the night we stayed and in the morning breakfast was continuously monitored and items restocked promptly.
