“Staff cleaning Philippine lady sarcastic over a simple question. I stayed in the first floor the carpet was wet and moldy looking not to talk about the carpet design it’s just ugly. The ice machine don’t work. Microwave isn’t accessible in room only in lobby other than a few things though the overall the indoor area was beautiful and the pool was one of the best pools I’ve seen at a hotel with a nice ambiance.”
