“I have stayed at the Peacock a few times now as the location is stunning and the rooms never fail to disappoint. They are clean and the bathrooms always have the wow factor. The food in the restaurant is also great, the only downside was the service, we didn’t get our wine for over half an hour and had to ask three times for it from different staff. However I will be back again! ”

“Stayed in the 4bed family room with Mountain View. The room was excellent,clean and spacious. The shower/ensuit was clean and modern. Breakfast was included and was superb. The staff made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would certainly recommend and would have no hesitation staying there again. The bar was buzzing and very popular with other hikers.”

“The room was clean, Staff excellent, Bar fully stocked, Wifi good. Room was very small 10foot wide 20foot long, bed very soft, no good for people with back problems. Advertised as B&B cleaner had to get manager in to do breakfast which was basically a bacon sandwich. No breakfast the following day even though it was the chef who let us out of building!”
