Had everything we needed, and was the perfect distance from downtown and lots of great places to see, catch a drink and some great food, which was exactly what we wanted! The hot tub was such a wonderful addition, we will definitely be using this place every time they have availability. It was even right down the street from my absolute favorite coffee shop The Human Bean, which was just the cherry on top of a perfect vacation. Cant recommend this spot...

“This is a stellar location in Fort Collins - quiet and safe but a short walk to everything you need or want in Old Town and beyond. Historic neighborhood, very pretty. Communication was a breeze and the unit had 2 split AC units keeping it nice and cool even in a heat wave. Easy recommendation if you want a taste of Fort Collins.”
