Hotel vicino a Living Desert Zoo & Gardens State Park - Carlsbad

“Fairly new hotel on the north side of Carlsbad. Rooms clean and comfortable, hot and cold breakfast items. Everything works, would definitely stay here again. However, if you want to be close to the Caverns, this is a little farther away.”

“We had a great stay at the holiday inn Carlsbad. We were met right away with very friendly staff and a well kept lobby. Our room was clean and set up like you’d expect. We used the pool and hot tub and I was happy it was heated and clean.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was just a few cereals and some yogurt kind of underwhelming. Shower was a little dirty had to use a matt. Decent time for 2 nights.”

I proprietari si sono dimostrati professionali e disponibili alle nostre esigenze . ( Si trova a circa venti minuti dalle caverns ) La colazione nel caffè bar convenzionato è ottima.( e' uno dei migliori di Carlsbad) Consigliato! ”

“The front desk lady gave me room 330 I got there at 1:15 am and went to my room after a long 5hr drive there was a naked person with a dirty room! I was so traumatized! I tried to reach out to the general manager and got no response!! I was moved down stairs and other guests were so loud it was horrible I will never rent a hotel ever again I’ll stick to air bb!!! This was terrible ”

“Facilities and room are not clean. TV continuously on when a guest arrives in a room and no instructions to shut the TV off is torturous. Front desk staff unable to help locate TV on off button - all these culminate into a terrible experience with this hotel”
