“Met a few other families for our time in Chicago, would not say this was good for having smaller children. Nice property, had good pools and grounds, but, would not allow food not purchased at the hotel outside or at the pool…and if you have small kids and picky eaters this was not good. We had a day we hung around with the other families and wanted to have pizza in a common area but were told we could not, so ended up cramped in one families room”

“There were only two elevators available, and unfortunately, one of them was out of service. This led to long wait times both going up and coming down to different floors. It was a bit challenging to move between rooms efficiently because of this”

“There were no pillowcases on the pillows in the room. The door had a draft. The floors in my room was unacceptable and I almost tripped and fell. The main lobby smelled like mold. There’s a lot of of people hanging out around the rooms and back end of the place probably regular residents. The outside garbages were overflowing. Definitely not worth staying there again. IT’S A DUMP!”

“This was the worse experience I ever had I don’t know how they operate my key card didn’t operate I was locked out my room two days in a row and the help line didn’t help they kept lying saying someone would come help they came until the concierges work time so I will never stay at this hotel again”

“This is a nice hotel but the staff is terrible I had one housekeeper on my last night there that was very good but other then that the staff at the front desk took forever to answer the phone had to call back to back before they did… I was there almost a week and only had housekeeping clean my room once when I called to ask couldn’t they come with clean towels and sheets they put them in a bag and dropped them off never had to make my own bed clean my room only garbage they would take is the...

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”
