“Property is pristine. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the view of the coast from bed in the morning. Facilities are good though the live tv has very poor signal.The tea, coffee and fudge were especially welcome when we arrived. Both check in and pack up easy and our host very helpful.”

“Clean and tidy house in a great location near the historic steam train railway. Lovely walks in the area. Small but comfortable for 2 people. We stayed for 2 nights. Lots of local food options. Kitchen was good for making our own breakfast. lots of pillows windows that open bathroom upstairs- terrible shower with scalding or cold water.”

“A very good stay which is going to be improved by the addition of a hot tub, unfortunately I think that we were the last guests not to benefit. Nice chatting with Gareth about the history of the place. The only things I would like to see are access to the available wifi and (please Gareth), a new bed or at least mattress.”

“Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful, comfortable and very clean accommodation in a quiet location yet a lovely 10 minute walk into Beddgelert. We enjoyed the mountain view( even in the rain), sheep, sound of cuckoo birds and the creek but the daily highlight was the heritage steam train!”

The living areas were spacious enough for everyone to relax together and the kitchen had everything we needed for home -cooked meals. The location was very ideal, peaceful and private ,with Georges countryside views, yet close to local attractions and walks. “Amazing historic building, these pictures don’t give it justice, the house is insanely big, we went with a group of 11 but would be ideal for up to 20 really!!”

"Non mi sento di consigliarlo e i giudizi complessivi dovrebbero essere molto piu bassi dato che è molto vecchio con koquette, odore di stantio e la colaxiobe veramente da mensa con poche cose curate make e che non vengono nemmeno rifornite se finiscono. Cameruere anche un po villane. Meglio andare in un b&b"
