“Room was amazing, super king size bed, coffee,hot chocolate and tea available, but no milk, breakfast was superb, you get to choose when you arrive, staff where brilliant throughout our stay, so close to all the amenities, shops , restaurants and the pier, would recommend snooze to everyone, we will be back .”

“Stunning rooms, but let down by unprofessional and inconsistent service. I recently stayed at this hotel , sea view suite in £180 per night, and while the property itself is aesthetically pleasing and the rooms are genuinely lovely, the breakfast experience was a significant disappointment. As someone who has stayed in over 800 hotels globally, I understand the importance of local service etiquette. However, the service here was far below what is expected for a property at this price point...

Room was spacious, outlook was onto car park but we don’t spend much time in there and hadn’t booked a sea view so that was fine. We were given a pass for parking. Short walk to theatre. Nathan is a lovely host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Well done to him running the B & B on his own.”

“Stayed in the deluxe room and at over £100 for the night with no breakfast, I did expect better. Drain in the shower had smell on arrival, but sorted quickly. Went to get into bed that night and the frame the mattress sits on came away from the frame and collapsed, so at had to "re-make" the bed. Morning noticed in the shower that there was black around the shower hose and dials and also ran out of toilet paper in the night (silly dispenser type thing on wall) with no spares. “Really nice hotel with restaurant. We had a family room that consists of two rooms with the bathroom in the middle. Staff really very friendly and helpful. Free parking”

“Lovely property, clean, well maintained room. Within 10 mins walk of town centre pubs/bars and restaurants. 15 mins walk to Tramway stop for Great Orme and seafront. Similar time to the west shore the other way. Friendly owner and staff, would definately recommend for short stays in Llandudno”

“I have never stayed at the Merrion Hotel before, but, after booking a short break there on Wednesday the 6th of April till the 10th of April, I must say, I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised how very good it was, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was excellent, and I am not sure if any other hotels in Llandudno could beat it, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to go back there again in the near future, keep up the good work Merrion From Mr lewin Thomas...

“The room was neat and tidy and clean. The furniture was old but not really of any particular era. A bit of a Mish mash with wardrobe doors just plain. A bit of edging and a decent colour would make the a lot nicer. Not sure if the sideboard supposed to have distressed look? But was not very well done. We were supposed to have a garden view? It was car park and the headland. Comfy bed and clean bathroom”
