“From the moment we arrived to the moment we left our stay at the lansdowne was perfect. Comfortable room spotlessly clean with a few nice touches like shampoo shower gel and a well stocked hot drinks tray with biscuits and chocolates. Staff were extremely efficient and attentive. A goid choice at breakfast and all cooked well. Comfortable lounge to sit in and a bar if you wanted a drink. Can't fault this hotel and we will be booking again the next time we visit Llandudno.”

“The fridge was to close to the bed. Noisey at night. Also the plug to the kettle was too short. When the kettle was lifted up the base would fall to the ground. They also need to get their phone lines sorted,because you can't get through to them at all.”

“Great location and great price if you need a bed for the night, shared dorms are small but beds were comfortable and clean.”

“The beds were very comfortable, but the fixtures in the bathroom could be better. The soap dish in the shower was very rusty and hanging off the wall. The sink taps needed a good clean. I tried using the hairdryer but it hardly had any power to dry my hair and looked unsafe to use as it went bright orange when I turned it on. I did mention this to a member of staff and he said he would bring me another hairdryer but he didn’t”

“Excellent place to stay. The food was fantastic. Loved how we could just walk around the area, and still get back to the hotel pretty easily.”

“The bed in room 8 was very spongy. So much so that it was difficult to turn over without bouncing out of the bed! Poor night's sleep. Amenities...bathroom with the toilet so close to the basin you can rest your chin on it! Plenty of room to adjust! Poor value for money.”

“Rooms are nice and big. The carpets are heavily stained and dirty. Staff were okay, nothing bad but nothing wow. Bar staff was nice. Restaurant looked lush. Location is perfect. Breakfast was very expensive so went out for it.”
