Problem checking in needs attention. No contact or keycode sent. Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though. It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels. Com If this is the case amd problems have arised for other guests, it be helpful to trt amd solve the problem do guests ger the messages they need to re check-in Having said this, i have stayed previously without an issue and find it good value for mo ey in a different location, close to the Baltic area and other attractions.

I have visited UStay apartments previously and it didn’t disappoint 2nd time around. Everything you need is in a nearby location, whether that be a shopping trip or going for the night life, every thing is nearby. The apartments were very clean and well looked after.

The property was well located and well furnished. The sofa bed was a bit tired but still serviceable. The bedrooms were a good size and the kitchen was reasonably well equipped. The only down size was the plumbing. The water to the toilets was very low pressure or non existent. It was very difficult to flush both toilets. The toilet in the en-suite would not flush on several occasions. The toilet roll holder in the en-suite was also very loose and the roll did not stay on it. The toilet flushing could well have been more of a problem if we had not been a family group.
