“For the cost of the hotel I expected better service. There was one waiter serving from the bar and we sat on the lawned terrace for 25 minutes and no one came to serve us so I had to ask reception to send someone. The spa is very old and desperately in need of a full refurbishment. “Due ore d’attesa per poter aver una stanza, con le ragazze della reception che non capivano dove trovare la prenotazione, nonostante avessimo mail e conferma sul telefono. Appartamento sporco, stanza inesistente, nessun lenzuola né asciugamano, se lo volevi dovevi acquistarlo nel supermercato lì vicino, al prezzo di 5 e 10£. Nessun Wi-Fi, rumori e urla fino alle 3 di notte, pessimo anche il checkout, non sapevano come stamparmi la ricevuta di pagamento. Assolutamente da evitare.”
