“Bien ubicada la propiedad aunque no tiene playa directa, está muy cerca incluso caminando.
Las albercas pequeñas pero muy confortables al igual que el jacuzzi.
La vista muy agradable y la puesta de sol se ve increíble.

“We booked this hotel last minute on our last leg, visiting Mexico. We like that it was so close to the airport. Gave us a piece of mind for our return flight that we wouldn’t be too far out. They have a daily Breakfast buffet that was pretty good for room price. There was fresh fruit, yogurt, hot items like pancakes, Chilaquiles with the fixings, etc. Coffee and juice, bread options. Although it gets busy for Breakfast, the waiter staff are very good at clearing empty Tables quickly. The...

“Hotel was conveniently located in downtown San Pancho but on a side street far from the noise and traffic.
Small, very well appointed facilities, with an awesome coffee shop. Rooms very well designed and very comfortable with awesome AC. During our stay, there were a couple of power shot downs in town but hotel has their own generator, which was great to keep AC and lights, specially being almost 100 degrees during our stay.
Personnel very attentive and kind and we felt at home.

“Wonderful relaxed and friendly vibe. The hotel is located slightly away from the busier central part of San Pancho so it’s very quiet. The beautiful beach is a very short 3 minute walk from the hotel. Some days we were the only people on the beach. ”

"The property Is in a nice location, but the service Is far from the One of a five stars hotel. I arrived at 8,30 pm and i was not even welcomed wirh a bottle of water. The room Is large, but with old furniture. The level of cleaness Is very low. What Is really unacceptable Is the Sea side. There each piece Is so dirty. The fact that you pay a Daily resort fee should prevent from such things. Beeing Italian the food offerend was not of variety and below an acceptable level of quality. With exceptions, most of the staff dose not greet you, of you do not do It First
