Hotel a Lock Haven

“Room was clean but had a weird smell (cleaning solution). It was also a little cramped. Gym was small. Didn't get a chance to check out breakfast. Staff could have been a little more friendly. Had to go down to the lobby ourselves to get more towels. They seemed a little bothered that we even asked. ”

“Dax at the front desk is amazing. He wqs so friendly and helpful, really appreciated his kindness. The breakfast was good, a protein would have made it even better though. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.”

“The. Property is very clean and well maintained. Looks like they have done major renovations. Everything was brand new. The staff was very helpful and kind. Everyone was eager to help. We loved our stay. We will definitely come back and highly recommend. Free breakfast was also good. Bengals, scrambled eggs, muffins, yogurt and waffles. The location is also great, with mountain around it, was beautiful. Overall excellent stay”

“The room smelled musty. We went and bought some Lysol. The place was dated and could use some freshening up. Bottom line for the price it works for a place to crash for the night. ”

“An absolutely wonderful experience. The Rose Room at the Peter Herdic Inn was beautifully designed, very welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. Check in was very easy with many thanks to Lindsey, who was phenomenal with her easy communication and availability to us. We look forward to returning to Williamsport and booking the Peter Herdic Inn for all of our future visits. We also highly recommend the adjoining restaurant for an exquisite dinner experience. ”

“Decent place ”

“The rooms do not have fridges. When was the last time ever a hotel didn't provide a fridge. The maids came in to empty the trash only did not make the bed did not provide a 2nd toilet roll there was only one provided there were no tissues at all. No breakfast either. The TV did not work. I had to call maintenance, and upon arrival the 2nd day key didn't work, which meant another trip to the front desk.”

“Our toilet didnt flush well but everything else was wonderful! The breakfast staff was incredible, the late check in was smooth and the person behind the desk was wonderful..... the bed was soooo comfortable! Love the architecture showing from the remodel they uncovered...incredible!!”

“C'è stato un grosso malinteso nella fase di checkin, quando ci è stata assegnata una camera già occupata (per fortuna le luci erano accese e le tende aperte, altrimenti avremmo fatto irruzione in una camera occupata), e poi una camera la cui serratura non funzionava. Le camere non fumatori sono al piano superiore e non c'è ascensore. La colazione è molto scarna, tanto che siamo andati altrove a far colazione. Il parcheggio è ampio. ”

“Main reason why we book this hotel was for the hottest for back problems. The hit tub didn't have any water and was under maintentance. There was no where stating that online. We wouldn't have booked it. The room was nice.”
