“The staff was nice. There was no one at the counter to check out, just a note to leave the keys on counter which is not wise. Area was sketchy and hard to find hotel. Outside was very ran down. Inside was ok. Continental breakfast was cereal, out meal and toast! I would have preferred to pay more and stay somewhere nicer. ”

“While an older space it was very clean. Breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub nice and clean. Staff was efficient and helpful. My biggest compliment is how they serviced our room during our stay. Exceptional, I haven't had that kind of service since prior to covid. Fresh towels surfaces wiped down beds made. Perfect 10/10. Also super convient to light rail shopping or Edmonds waterfront. ”

“I have stayed at this hotel for well over 20 years - it is my go to hotel in Lynwood for convenience and also cleanliness. It has been remodeled over the years and looks great. My only gripe is that they now charge for parking”

“The Courtyard strikes you as new, and the underground parking is a welcome amenity. My room impressed me with its eight sets of lights, a good indicator of its thoughtful design. It featured two comfortable queen beds and a useful sitting area with a pullout couch. Having two Samsung TVs and reliable internet speeds for streaming Netflix was also a bonus. Considering the room rate, I felt I got great value, even if I wished for complimentary breakfast and parking.”

“Overall for the price the hotel was great! I really enjoyed the bed as it was comfy and I was able to get a good nights sleep. The location is great for what I needed. I suppose I should of mentioned I had a vehicle but also would of been nice at check in to be asked. As I later realized I needed a parking pass. Last I did see the layout of the room and didn’t think I’d mind but I wasn’t a fan of the bed being parallel to the tv. ”
