“The resort is excellent, but there are clearly problems with airport transfers. First of all we waited nearly 3 hours the transfer when we arrived, though reassurations via phone call that "he was in the way". Than in the morning we were charged 15 FD for scrambled eggs, while we were told before It was included in the breakfast. Then we were put in a taxi for the transfer back to airport and after your rate was including transports we were asked 25 FD. So we called resort again and we were told...

“La struttura, Il personale ed i servizi sono di ottimo livello. Il vicino aeroporto è comodamente raggiungibile tramite shuttle gratuito. Però la distanza dal centro abitato più vicino è tale che per variare un po’, oltre alla spiaggia del resort ed al ristorante dello stesso, un giorno ho dovuto noleggiare un’auto. Insomma tutto OK a parte l’assenza di servizi di trasporto e di una città sufficientemente vicina.”

“We stayed 4 days. First of all I would like to clarify that Crow's Nest is more hotel than resort. The room was big and good but we encountered some problems. There was a big bee's nest just outside of our room and we found some of these bees inside of our room. We asked the people at reception to remove this nest but they never did.
