Luminoso e soleggiato monolocale indipendente con ingresso indipendente, nascosto sul retro di un piccolo giardino privato. Zona tranquilla e sicura Tutto nuovo con letto matrimoniale di qualità con grandi cuscini francesi quadrati e 'traversin' (piano), angolo cottura attrezzato con forno a microonde, frigorifero, caffettiera, bollitore e piccolo forno elettrico (ma senza piano cottura), tostapane. Doccia, WC, TV, ecc La lettura della tabella, wifi, tende oscuranti. Bel quartiere esclusivo di sicurezza. Vicino a 3 stazioni (Overground e della metropolitana, il centro di Londra in 10 minuti) con supermercati nelle vicinanze, caffetterie, decine di ristoranti. Davvero bella, luminosa e pulita nel cortile tranquillo. Ottimi collegamenti con gli aeroporti nelle vicinanze. Molto ragionevole per quello che è in offerta. Si può andare fuori per la prima colazione al bar locali o riportare il proprio. Situato in posizione ideale per l'accesso al centro di Londra e all'interno di un taxi a prezzi ragionevoli cavalcare di nuovo dalla città. Si tratta di una rigorosamente vietato fumare piccolo studio accogliente con grande trasporto e strutture nelle vicinanze. Ideale per un breve soggiorno con accesso al centro di Londra, teatri, negozi, attrazioni, ecc

I stayed for 10 days with my 10 years old son. The studio isn't so big, but enough to say on holiday. Indipendent entry, quite neighborhood, 5 walking minutes tube's distance, 2 minute for Tesco express. We often dined inside after an all day walking. Nothing is missing and Edward is very helpful for any other need.

This is a small, self contained unit. It was clean and had every thing we needed. Great location close to several transport lines, bus and train. Several nice places to eat very close. Quiet at night. Edward was very helpful. Good price, but be aware it is small.

I stayed at Edwards place for 4 nights. It is clean, comfortable and very convenient for commuting into central london. Shops and food close by, felt safe I was travelling alone. It's quite small but was perfect for me. Highly recommend.

Kleines sehr sauberes Studio mit allem was man braucht um ein paar tolle Tage in London zu verbringen. Der Gastgeber ist super zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders die Lage ist absolut top und sehr central und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Empfehle ich gerne weiter.

This compact studio worked perfectly for my needs. Good location, close to Jubilee line. Host Edward was responsive, and there were many helpful instructions inside the property. Bathroom space is small, which was not a problem for me but if you are a larger person, this may not be the best choice for you.

This space is small but fit our needs perfectly! Close to public transportation, beautiful walkable neighborhood. Fabulous for a short stay in London. The portable air conditioner was fabulous to have for unusually warm weather in London. Would stay here again and will recommend to friends! Excellent communication from host.

Although Edwards studio is quite small and feels cramped at times, it is well equipped, quiet and in a lovely safe area. We really enjoyed coming back here in the evening from the hustle and bustle from central London. The tube station is only a 7 minute walk up Belsize and only takes 20 minutes to get Central. Communication with Edward was excellent and we really appreciated the early check-in. During the day you can hear the car doors slamming from the parking lot and street noise but we slept really well at night. The bed is quite comfortable. Perhaps it's the time of year but we felt like it was really damp and could use a dehumidifier. LOL but don't use the one on the air conditioner as stated. We did notice that the back of the air conditioner screw in side filter could be cleaned making it run more efficiently. We enjoyed the fan mode for white noise at night Every morning the bathroom light over the shower did not turn on and at first we thought it didn't work but realized quickly we just had to turn off the light switch and back on again for it to flick on. Also the bathroom fan only works when the bathroom light is on. The key to the studio is an old school skeleton key that takes a little getting used to although the garden door has a keypad and code with a normal key making the entire studio feel very safe. My partner and I definitely recommend staying here and we also recommend the Zara Cafe on the corner for a quick delicious convenient friendly breakfast.

This is a very small renovated single car garage. There is a microwave and toaster oven but no stove. Some lights and bath fan are broken. Bath sink is too tiny to be of much use. Location is OK and quiet but super small with no room to set down your suitcase!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Fewo ist perfekt um London zu erkunden. Die Fewo kann man schnell und einfach vom Bahnhof London Pancras erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kommunikation war schnell und freundlich.

Studio idéal pour decouvrir Londres, proche de nombreux transports on rejoint facilement les autres quartiers de la ville depuis l'hébergement (bus à 2 minutes à pied, overground à 3 min à pied...). Le studio est également proche d'une superette. Je recommande sans hésiter

Really enjoyed our stay here. Owner was very quick with response. Check-in was seamless. Close to public transport. Great breakfast around the corner. Quiet and had everything we need for a couple nights in London. Small but cozy and comfortable.
