Hotel a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro Marble Arch, comodo per visitare Londra in pochi giorni. Bagni davvero minuscoli ma personale gentile e disponibile.

molto deludente come esperienza , a cominciare dal personale poco accogliente ma forse è cosa tipica degli inglesi, camera troppo piccola senza finestre e completamente al buio, pulizia 0 tant'è che l latra famiglia con cui siamo partiti ha trovato un calzino sporco dietro un comodino ! lenzuola del letto sporche ,la colazione non è stata male ma anche li scortesia alla grande da parte del personale. l unica cosa buono è la sua posizione ma per il resto se avete la possibilità economica andate da una altra parte che è meglio

The staff was incredibly friendly and sweet and the rooms are perfect for travelers just looking for somewhere cheaper than other hotels to stay close by to the main city! 10/10 would go again!

New, clean and minimalist. Great location.
The hotel feels newly refurbished, clean, freshly painted. A minimalist reception, just a room with a computer. The room was compact but very clean and functional. There are no keys - everything is key code entry. Wifi was good. Connaught Village is a nice neighbourhood - pretty and a traditional Georgian London feel. But only a short walk to Oxford St and Hyde Park.

I arrived late due to my flight, but the staff was very accommodating. Small but clean room. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful location near Hyde Park.

Inte att rekommendera.
Jag utgår alltid från att bilderna är något vilseledande, men denna gång slår rekord. Fönstret var mot en liten innegård, knappt något utrymme att stå på golvet, rullgardinen höll på att rasa ner, och dörren till toaletten hölls knappt fast. Det värsta var dock hur otroligt lyhört det var... Vi kunde inte sova på nätterna p.g.a. att vi hörde varenda person som gick förbi. Toan kunde lika gärna inte haft en dörr för det var så lyhört ut till resten av rummet. Förmodligen för att det var så litet att det kändes som att man gick på toa i sängen. Personalen var dock trevligt, och läget var bra.

God beliggenhed men slidt
Hotel beliggenhed var god. Men det var noget slidt i det med knække fliser og gulven knirkende rimlig meget når vi gik rundt og man kunne høre når alle andre gik rundt på deres værelser. Vindur var utætte og vores seng stod under vindue så vi fik kulde i hovdet.

Fint lille værelse med vindue og tilhørende lille fint badeværelse med brusekabine, vask og toilet. En lille reol til tøj eller andet. Sengene var fine og sove i og til prisen var værelset helt perfekt. Ligger dejlig centralt og tæt på oxford street, hydepark m.m. Venlig og imødekommende ved ankomst og ellers passede vi os selv.

Katastrof
Faktum är att jag vill varna för att använda detta hotellet. Det var ungefär så stort som sängen. Man öppnar dörren in och första steget blir i sängen. Badrummet är 1kvm och är i princip obrukbart. Det var smutsigt överallt, ingen städning gjordes, fönstret gick inte att stänga, varmvatten var en bristvara. I princip allting var mycket dåligt. Och märk väl att jag inte överdrivet på något sätt

The staff were super nice and helpful. The rooms are very small but are just fine for just needing a place to sleep. It is very close to Oxford street and Hyde park!

Very low quality room
The room had nothing to do with the pictures on hotels.com. Squeeky floors, no table, very very small room (had to leave all my things on the floor), one of two mornings with no hot water for the shower, things broken, the window didn’t close completely, it cost me £90/night. Should have been £25 for this quality level. I will never return.

Location was amazing but the room was small, shabby and basic. There was a tiny shower room with a really small shower and you had to sit sideways on the toilet there wasn't room for you knees in front. There was a tv but no tea and coffee facilities, not even at the reception. They did have a water machine at reception. No breakfast facilities. Bed comfy and staff were friendly. We thought it was expensive for the facilities provided.

Awful stay with the heat outside. The top floor is like a sauna and you get a small fan to blow hot air at you. Front door was problematic. You can't come in early before checking in to leave your bag because it's locked until reception arrives. Same goes for the day you check out, dont leave your bag to come and collect it later because you pincode expires and therefore no acces to the front door again, until reception arrives.

We checked in on Thursday all fine we were in the basement room 1 all fine I till Friday before 6am we were woken to the hotel staff shouting and crying for a couple of hours with what sounded like with another member of staff ! wasn’t happy as we had a long day ahead !! I didn’t realise we were next door to a cleaning / laundry room so every time someone walked into the room our bed actually rocked. Saturday we spent the day shopping and when we came back to get ready for a show we had no toilet roll so I went to the reception but no one was there , I rang the bell several times , knocked on the door AND rang them !! NO-ONE answered I was doing this for around half an hour to then decide I was going to have to find some for myself !!!! Wasn’t happy at all Sunday morning check out time was 11am so we had planned to check out at around 10am but was woken again very early with the vaccume above our heads for periods of time talking VERY a loudly and up and down the stairs to the cleaning room ! As we struggled up the steep flight of stairs with our cases we were greeted with several full laundry bags and a large vaccume which we had to move in order to get out of the corridor !! So tired !!

The property was very close to the heart of London and there was easy access to everything I needed. The staff were only there half days though, which wasn't convenient, and the room I was in was VERY small. But the price made it worth it!

Bon séjour mais peut facilement être meilleur
Hôtel dans un quartier sympathique. Le service à la réception était assez inégale mais si vous tombez sur Richard, vous serez entre de bonnes mains pour un séjour sans accroc. Ca n'a pas toujours été le cas pour moi, donc il y a eu quelques soucis sans gravité mais qui ne m'ont pas permis un séjour optimal. J'avais indiqué vouloir le service nettoyage à partir de 11h du matin, pas avant. Pourtant, dès le premier jour le Housekeeping m'a réveillé à 8h45 et 9h45 pour faire ma chambre. Je m'en suis plains, on a vu pour que ce ne soit pas fait le lendemain mais au final, je n'ai jamais eu le service, à part le dimanche où j'ai du aller voir la femme de chambre pour qu'elle vienne. Mes draps n'ont pas été changé, seulement la poubelle vidée. Concernant toujours le service de chambre, il était globalement correcte, néanmoins les draps n'étaient pas de première fraicheur (taches propres) et la douchette était blanche de tartre (et c'est si facile à entretenir au quotidien que ce n'est pas tolérable - j'ai travaillé dans l'hôtellerie). L'établissement est sinon très bien situé, les prix très corrects. Je recommande même si ce n'est pas parfait.
