Unsafe, dangerous hotel! The guest staying in the room next to me tried to break into my room, the person was never contacted by the hotel about this or questioned, horrible experience. The first worker I approached when I ran away from the room for help dismissed me while I was crying and begging for help. They promised to talk to the intruder but they never did. Don’t stay here!

I paid extra for a high room with a runway view. We both actually hit our heads on the internal glazing while trying to see the runway ! Definitely a case of restricted view and definitely not worth the extra money . I asked at reception about the disappointing view and she said it was because I’d book through an agent - as in Expedia. A real waste of money for what you got. You couldn’t sit and watch the runway - what little you could see needed you to stand - not the start to my holiday I had hoped for.

Don’t book this Hotel, I paid my stay via booking and when I got to the Hotel they told me they needed to do a hold on my card for 50 pounds. It’s been more than a month and they have not refund me the money. Be careful when booked they will not refund you the hold, and good luck calling them.

We got lost trying to find it coming off the Piccadilly line. Maybe would need better (and larger) signage like the Aerotel. It is located closer to Terminal 2 more than in between T2-T3. We took a wrong turn going up the stairs to the bus station rather than staying downstairs and then went to T3 because we followed Google maps (it will tell you to walk outside). Once we went down and found an info desk, the staff told us to follow Terminal 2 signs and this is how we found it. Once we were there, staff were receptive, room was spacious, clean and comfortable, food on first level was very good. We were tired coming back from France straight to this hotel to catch an early morning flight and it was a nice respite. Pros: easy access to airport (no need to walk outside), reception will give you clear directions how to go to your terminal with pictures.

convenient for early morning checkin. plan for 20 minutes to get to terminal 3 from the hotel. 10 mins require a run and already knowing where you are going. 15 is easily doable once you know the route. If you have small children plan on 25 mins. My only gripe is that I thought I was booking a room with a view of the runway but we had a view of the road instead. Not a big deal since were only in the room for 8 hours. It would be nice if the rental car shuttle could drop you right to the hotel, but the 500 yard walk to the ground floor entrance is ok. Next time if you get dropped to Terminal 2, I will go up to level 2 and then across to the hotel instead of entering on ground level and waiting 15 minutes for an elevator to pick us up.

Very convenient overnight stay for terminal 2 departure. Could not have been easier to get over to the terminal and staff are available and willing to help. Check out the rooftop bar!

Extremely handy hotel when you are travelling from a distance and need to catch an early flight. Rooms were clean, modern and well equipped. Slept so well as there was virtually no noise.

5 minutes walk from Terminal 2, very friendly and helpful staff. Expected more from the breakfast selection (compared to hotels I'd stayed in in London it was a bit disappointing), comfy beds and spacious, clean room. Great view of the runway from the upper floor 👍
