Hotel si trova in una posizione tranquilla, però allo stesso tempo puoi ritrovarti in centro facendo una piacevole passeggiata con affianco il parco. La metropolitana, i bus ed i taxi sono lì. La colazione ottima. Il letto comodissimo, le lenzuola morbidissime e tutto quello che serve per il bagno c’era. Personale molto cortese e disponibile.

Struttura corrispondente al livello dichiarato; ottime la qualità del servizio e la pulizia della camera. Due minuti a piedi da Hyde Park e 10 minuti da Paddington.

Un magnifico albergo in una splendida zona.
L'albergo si trova di fronte ad Hide Park e vicino alla fermata della metropolitana di Lancaster Gate. Il centro può essere raggiunto anche con una passeggiata. Fantastico!

Vacanze natalizie. Bello hotel, vicino alla metropolitana e ad Hide Park. Concierge efficentie gentili. Purtroppo per l'ultima notte non ci è stata rifatta la stanza anche dopo aver sollecitato, si sono scusati offrendoci la colazione in camera che non è arrivata ed abbiamo dovuto richiederla . Ristoranti e bar semplici.

Property was clean and well managed. Housekeeping was great where the manager also checked in. The only downside is that the room is quite small where it was difficult to find a spot to open up our luggage

This is a beautiful property right across from the magnificent Hyde Park. The tube and bus stop are just round the corner. The staff’s friendliness and attention to detail is superb. We also enjoyed an incredible view of the city from our comfortable bedroom. The room was extremely clean. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and biscuits in our room.

Pleasant surprise! Really liked the vibe of the hotel - rooms are well appointed and very bright even if a bit small. Many have great views towards Hyde Park. Quiet area and super assessable to Notting Hill, Marleybone, Mayfair etc., tube station next door, Paddington Station 10 min taxi ride and who doesn’t love a walk in Hyde Park which is right across the street. The staff was amazing - so friendly and helpful, really made the stay memorable!

Oh my goodness me… literally checked in 6 hours ago and am that blown away by this hotel I have needed to submit my review early! Check in was outstanding, greeted by Tobias and upgraded to a Hyde Park view, celebrating daughters 21st. Service so far exceptional, from door to room. Wow, wow, wow! We will really enjoy our couple of days here, and we will definitely return. Room is perfect.

The location is marvelous very near by Hyde Park with a an incredible view. The service and personnel are amazingly helpful and welcoming.

Great views of Hyde park. nice decor from the lobby throughout the hotel and to the rooms. The rooms are much smaller than advertised via photos, especially the deluxe rooms.
