Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We try our best to make sure each guest's stay is comfortable. Unfortunately, due to the size of our building we are unable to have a kitchen. however we do have discounted food downstairs at the bar. I also hope you took full advantage of our function room. Thanks for leaving a review! If you cut through a few streets the station is 5 min away, but they are constructing around it so understand it is a bit confusing. Pub can get busy sometimes, sorry you found it hard to check in. Our friendly staff is always available to help with any issues you have in your room. If you can send us an email with a bit more detail on why we got this low rating we are always looking to improve! All the best :)
