“The room was fairly clean, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was hot but not as many choices as I thought there would be from reviews I read recently. Location is convenient, very close to I75, but you do get the traffic noise, but for the price, it was a good deal.”

“Overall condition of the buildings was poor at best. It appeared old and somewhat rundown. The door to my room was out of square and dint close properly. Room was clean but no shower curtains”

“Room was clean but beds are NOT comfortable. Pillows are also very hard. AC was not on in the room when we got there and the room was extremely warm and took a long time to cool it down. Positives would be easy on and off 75 and it was clean. ”

“I had a reservation for this location. I paid 185.00 plus tax for a room that the bed sheets had stains, I could not turn off the air because of a missing wall thermostat. Called the front desk, was told they were full and had no other vacant rooms. The hotel is under going construction, on top of that was missing buttons on the elevator, we got stuck on the elevator, the in door pool was not accessible, hampton inn suggested that i take my four grandchildren across the street let them swim...

“you forgot to tell us the building was half torn down, no signs on the building, mattresses everywhere parts and supplies all around the place where you park. the manager was very nice and willing to help us. picture on the ad was not even close!!! and this is how expedia does business?”

“Very close to the highway, it is good if you need to spend the night without driving in the city. Clean room. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. We had to leave very early in the morning, so breakfast wasn't avaliable yet, but a gentleman kindly gave us a couple of donuts to go. Thank you”

“Stayed here due to an accident that totalled my car. We were frazzled and in pain. Front desk staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. ”
