“The check in process was seamless. The front desk receptionist was friendly and made sure we knew everything the hotel had to offer. The room was pristine and had everything we needed as well as a Keurig with pods which was a great touch! I really appreciated the full complementary toiletery options from hand soup, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and even a makeup remover (which i forgot). “In reception non informano del fatto che una tassa addizionale, chiamata destination fee, verrà aggiunta alla fine: lo si scopre solo se si spulcia nella custodia che mi hanno dato al check in. Inoltre 40 dollari a notte per il parcheggio sono tanti. La risposta dell'hotel è stata che, per essere competitivi com gli altri hotel hanno ridotto il prezzo del pernottamento e spostato il costo in un voce nascosta.”

“Our suite was perfect! The girls at the front desk that checked us in were great, very personable, and met all our needs and more. We always enjoy ourselves at breakfast, where we meet other people staying there and everyone is always upbeat. We will continue to stay at Homewood suites when we are in the area, especially at the holidays. ”
