“Flat was simply filthy! Grim and severe dust around the flat, TV had no ariel so couldn’t use, thick dust all around, water marks on bed base, extractor vent held on by tape, surrounding area run down. ‘Stunning’ it is not. Was not met my host, email not answered, refund refused. ”

“Came to an untidy front door area. Up stairs to a room that felt unclean. Bathroom toilet seat loose almost completely broken. Dirty at back of toilet & sink also dirty. Broken latch on bathroom door. Key to bedroom did not lock door so unlocked all night. Put a chair by door. Ad led me to think I would have own kitchen area. Not so shared kitchen”
