“It’s a very unique old hotel dating back to 1896. The architecture has not been updated but keeps a funky charm. Reused old wood furniture, old tub with an attached shower. Pub on site. Sauna and garden to relax. A pool table and board games. Fire place in the lounge area. Victoria was awesome. Loved it and would stay there again but not like a modern hotel.”

“The place was exactly as I remember it from 20 years ago. Looked as though they were trying to do some updating, which was really needed. It is in a convenient location and it met our needs for some relaxation but definitely could use a face lift. Overall was a good experience though!”

“Went to have a nice trip to Long Beach WA to some condo rentals we have stayed at before this condo was 3rd floor the room we got the back door to the deck won't lock it was of adjustment I reported to the office before going to town for a couple hours when we returned it was not repaired I went to the office to ask why she she its been reported as your on the 3rd floor not a priority I asked for tools and I was able to fix as my wife was not comfortable in a non locking room believe it or not...

“There was anything you might need. The room was very homey and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. Yogurt with fresh berries, individual egg dishes, bacon, potatoes and toast with raspberry jam.”

“For a place to stay on a low budget it was fine- clean linens and towels and a good size fridge for food. However the toilet wasn’t cleaned, and it was very bare bones - the lock on the door wasn’t the greatest and in need of a paint job The staff was friendly and the area quiet both a plus”
