“My first time staying here, and I will be back. Clean quiet room. Options to choose for dinner. Wonderful service for getting us to the Mall of America, the concert venue, and to the golf course. We parked our car and never used it again, until it was time to leave.”

“Parking...they charge $15 for parking. It is not a downtown hotel. It is by the airport. I think that this is just gouging the customers. Especially in Minnesota with all of their taxes and fees. I will look elsewhere, because of this $15 charge.”

“I arrived there at 11:30 at night extremely tired after a long day went into the room to a strong smell of mildew marks all over the walls and all over the door a lock that didn't work and what felt like a set of very old Bedding. At night, the air conditioner sounded like a motorcycle every time it kicked on, but it never actually blew cold air. In the morning, I got up to take a shower and realized there was mold covering the entire ceiling of the bathroom. The hairdryer that was on the wall...

“Room was very clean and comfortable. More like a suite than a room. Breakfast could have been better. There were sports teams checked in and things like coffee and hot food were out. Could have kept a better watch on this. Other than that nothing negative to say and would definitely stay here again.”
