Hotel a Long Lake

“Beautiful hotel, clean quiet area with food/gas nearby. My room was big and clean with comfortable furniture/bed. Friendly, helpful staff and reasonably priced. Only complaint I have, was the smell of grease/food that filled the hotel, including my room the one night. It was strong enough to wake me up. Not sure what it was, but glad I wasn't staying another night. ”

“The hotel staff was so kind. The room was just what we needed after a day full of travel. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower was hot. The continental breakfast and coffee was a great way to start another day of travel. ”

“The waterpark is a total rip off. You get a room they give you 4 wristbands that I lets my children use. Fast forward we walk in and I get stopped I need to pay an extra 10 dollars for a band so I can watch my kids. Food prices outrageous, and even though it said complementary breakfast we got a bill for 61 dollars… be careful we also had poop floating in the pool they threw chemicals and just let kids swim in poop water… ”

“The trip started with them grilling me about my disability and service animal. I chose Holiday Inn for my trip to Shakopee two weeks later. Not trying to save money again not worth it. ”

“Arrived at 7 pm. Left at 3 am. Did not appreciate tgg Ugg d extra 15$ parking fee for staying with a car. Then the curbs getting from the parking lot to the building are not accessible. Will not stay y hug erecting ”

“Parking was easy, check in quick and simple, the room was very dirty with hair in the sheets, and the shower was disgusting with hair and snot covering the shower curtain. ”

“Property could use some updating, however, you take the good with the bad. Close proximity to everything. Definitely walkable area especially to the mall and restaurants. Free shuttle to mall and airport. Two indoor pools that are well maintained along with a larger than avg hot tub. My room had two queen beds. Mattresses were not the best. One was very lopsided and the other sunken in middle. But still had decent nights sleep. Pillows were comfortable and not worn down. I do like a firmer...

“Servizio gentile e personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. Purtroppo le lenzuola presentavano diverse macchie giallognole - marroncine. Non ci sono prese di corrente né illuminazione sulla scrivania. La colazione prevede solo yoghurt, cereali e latte. Niente uova o bacon”
