The check-in process was quick and efficient with the help of Leo and Zen in the check in counter. The room was beautifully designed and decorated. The location was perfect, just 15 minutes taxi distance (~10-15 RMB)to all attractions Overall, my experience at UrCove Shantou was fantastic, and I look forward to returning in the future. ”

“Very nice and large room. Great Facilities. Didn't expose breakfast option on Expedia (their choice not Expedia) so I had to pay there. They asked a ridiculous price. I struck a discount deal, but not entirely happy. Would go back. I had bad experiences with other Hotels in town. One very important note: try to organize a car from airport to hotel before the trip. That was a nightmare.... ”
