Hotel vicino a Lopez Lake Recreation Area - Arroyo Grande

“The Agrarian Hotel is super nice and clean! Rooms where big and bed was comfy. The weather was cold/drizzling during our stay, so we didn’t get to try the pool. I enjoyed the breakfast, all the food was fresh and delicious. The staff are very friendly. The location is great, it’s walking distance to restaurants, stores, and the historic swinging bridge. I will stay here again! ”

“The room was very dirty. The bed had hair and blood stains on the sheets. The tub had dirt and pubic hair in it. There was urine around the toliet floor. I ended up going to the local store and got cleaning supplies because I knew we would only be more stressed finding another hotel room for our weekend. I am definitely going to spend more money next year and book at a cleaner establishment.”

“L'hotel non e' poi male...solo per dormirci intendiamoci.. abbastanza pulito, ma nel materasso mettono tipo della plastica sotto cosi' quando ti muovi si sente.... la cosa che mi ha lasciata veramente esterefatta e' la continental breakfast...pensavo ci fosse una sala dedicata alla colazione, invece e' in fronte alla reception (un buco),con una misera macchinetta del caffe' (orribile) con due pezzi di pane bianco da scaldare.. veramente scandaloso.. e pensare che avevo optato per quest'hotel...

“Piccolo Inn americano a gestione famigliare, accogliente ma con spazi tutti ridottissimi. Camera carina ma un po’ piccola x4 bagno mignon con vasca doccia. La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare ma meglio della media dei due stelle americani. Nota negativa la tenda della doccia molto sporca e ammuffita e l’acqua della doccia che scende lentissima. ”

“Nice staff. Clean and comfy just what I needed and expected for the cost. Some rooms face a road but it was quiet by 8pm. ”

“Al nostro arrivo abbiamo aspettato più di 30 minuti. Truffatori, Hanno fatto pagare la prenotazione per ben due volte (dormendo una sola notte),nonostante avessi già dimostrato il pagamento con tanto di ricevuta. nonostante la richiesta di rimborso non hanno voluto accettare un rimborso. Personale arrogante e volgare, ci hanno pure chiuso la porta in faccia. Il motel era sporco, rumoso e poco sicuro. Non raccomando a nessuno questo “motel”. Avrei preferito dormire in macchina.”

“It was an easy and quick check-in. I booked twi rooms and they were clean and the beds, comfy. Breakfast was good. However, the pool was dirty. Some guests left some garbage on the tables and no one cleaned it.”

“This hotel is beautiful all around the property. The room was very nice very clean, the bed was a little bit hard for me, and the heat didn’t work. It was just blowing out cold air even when we were upping the temperature however, everything else was beautiful.”
