“For a last minute reservation this hotel ended up being great. One of the best I have stayed in for awhile and would definitely go back. This area can be hit and miss. I also appreciate the Casita setup of this particular hotel. Breakfast was typical however there was no short supply. ”

“The front desk staff are always excellent. The room is always very clean and I appreciate the safety since I travel alone. And, the price is very fair.”

“Great hotel! Very clean and spacious with a well-working AC and lots of choice at breakfast. Bed was comfortable and nice desk and sofa chair. I needed the ironing board and iron and so appreciated that addition. Our room fronted a busy road, but with the AC and fan blowing, traffic didn't bother us at all. Would definitely stay again. One thing to note is there is no elevator, so guests with mobility issues should request the ground floor.”

“Definitivamente regreso quedé encantada del lugar , Hermoso paisaje y habitaciones muy limpias como pocos resorts e visto y cómodas camas y todo en general amabilidad del personal, solo lo único que me gustaría recomendar es que tuvieran mejor personal en el Restaurante las personas que trabajan ahí con una mala actitud pero fue lo único de todo lo bien que la pase”

“My only criticism would be that no rooms were available when I tried to check in, and I asked for a phone call when one became available, and never got a call...but, Hyatt Place is my favorite hotel brand when I'm traveling alone for business. Love the design and decor, and their attention to detail RE: charging ports, etc.”
