“This is a great Hotel to stay at. Very clean and relaxing both in your room and outside in the garden area, I loved the fire pit. The staff is very professional and helpful. They also have a great selection of complimentary breakfast! I will definitely be staying at this Hotel again in the near future (already booked next stay). “Good hotel in a central and safe area, just steps from Beverly Hills. We requested a room change and were accommodated immediately. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, as was the valet, who was very courteous. The hotel itself is somewhat dated; our suite was very large and almost too spacious, with a lot of empty areas. The TVs were quite old, but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms with balconies were a bit noisy, as they all face the main street, but nothing too bothersome.”

“This was by far not one of by far THE WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was unfriendly, the parking gate never worked we were stuck for a long time and no way to get out. Valet was awful. I would give it a 0/10.”
