Il coprimaterasso del letto è plastificato, certamente per garantire la impermeabilità dello stesso ma sembra di dormire sulla plastica, fa rumore quando ci si sposta e garantisce umidità e disagio nel dormire. La camera aveva uno sgradevolissimo odore di muffa proveniente dall'impianto di aria condizionata che a sua volta garantiva umidità perenne anche sugli abiti negli armadi.

struttura nuovissima e personale molto cortese e premuroso.ottimo il bar all'interno della piscina più piccola.sdraiati al caldissimo sole abbiamo bevuto ottime margaritas.mare un pò mosso, nel senso che è sempre mosso!!andateci è senz'altro un ottimo hotel.a proposito non ci siamo presentati:siamo sim e lalla ciao.

I have been to multiple all-inclusive resorts and this place was absolutely perfect and exceeded my expectations. I always complimented how clean the resort was - there is always cleaning. The staff was so kind. And for food, it was relatively good for what an all-inclusive resort can offer. Also, you have access to their sister resort Sante Fe, which originally I was gonna book with but I advise you to pay extra for the Rui Palace - it’s worth it!!! I would definitely come back!!

Great all inclusive beach front hotel!!

Contro: Better music at hotel bars.
Posizione: Only "activity" we did was a tour to the Arch and lovers beach on the glass bottom boat ($19 a person), so worth it!
First vacation to Los Cabos and this hotel set the bar high! Every single staff member made us feel so welcomed and being our first time there they were very helpful in answering all questions we had about anything! Out of the 5 days we stayed we only left once to take a tour to the famous "Arch" with an hr of swimming at Lovers beach, with a shuttle picking up and dropping off at the hotel. Although it is beach front, that particular area is supposed to not be swam in due to "rough" waters (supposed to be about a 15 min walk to calmer water) but there were still several people in the water about waist deep with no problem, regardless it was amazing. The food was great! If you want to eat at the Steakhouse or Krystal make sure you arrive within an hr it opens and be prepared to have to wait for about an hr to get seated (they stop taking reservations at a certain capacity) but the wait is definitely worth it! If you don't get on the list that night the buffet is still delicious!! I also loved the fact that although there were activities/shows each day and night we were not bothered by the noise in our room which was right above the "activities pool". They had a great rock and spanish band two nights, and two other great fire/dancing shows! It is however more of a relaxing all inclusive hotel, the bars do close fairly early at 11, so for those who are looking for a fun day and fun evening but not wanting a noisy hotel at all hours of the night this is a PERFECT place to stay!!

Worst Customer Servicd I’ve had

First of all, the resort credit is a scam. You get coupons that total the value of the “credit.” I got 2 $15 off a rental car, just in case I needed to rent 2 cars? We got 2 $100 off weddings coupons, just in case we wanted to get married twice while we were there, because they can’t be combined. There were a few coupons for scuba caribe, but the vendors on the beaches were significantly less expensive even with the coupons. After I spoke to the manager about this, (he wasn’t able to do anything except blame Expedia), we went back to our room to find our housekeeper pooping in our hotel room. So if this wasn’t enough, my boyfriend lost his wristband while we were snorkeling. We approached the front desk when we got back from dinner in town to get a new bracelet. The supervisor there accused us of giving the wristband to someone else to use and told us the charge was 3700 pesos. I asked where we had agreed to that replacement charge, and he said it’s not in writing anywhere. I asked to speak to his manager and he said there wasn’t one there. We came back in the morning to speak to a manager and that manager said the supervisor said he had made a mistake and thought we were adding a person to the room, not replacing a lost wristband for 1050 pesos (after we had been accused of giving it away and we clearly stated multiple times we lost it). I didn’t expect 5 star customer service, but I at least expected to feel welcome at the resort. Instead, we felt uncomfortable & unwelcome

Contro: The beds and the bedding were NOT comfortable.
Hotel staff is tremendous! Although they say tips are included, some of the staff wait for you to tip at every meal! When you are out and about pool, beach, tennis and you stop by for lunch.... you do not always have money on you. Also being our first time, we did not know that tips were expected and did not have enough cash and the hotel ATM was out of order.
