“The AC was not working and no one came to fix it. I guess because it’s only 1 night stay so they didn’t bother to fix it ”

“Took a shower, open one of the large towel and found 5~6 long hair were attached and not removed when folding towels after laundry.”

“Camera pulita e completa ,colazione proprio al limite per non dire che non c'era niente, struttura datata in tutti gli ambienti e odore di vecchio sia in camera che in tutto il resto dell'hotel,comunque per il prezzo pagato ci sta.”

“Location was great for a trip to both Disneyland and Knotts berry farm. Room had a musty smell, but overall was clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful.”

“Room is clean Breakfast is decent, enough varieties Just that the bathroom faucet was set too tight and won’t be able to fully shut off And our room keys keep getting out of function, initially we thought we were putting them too close to our phone but the situation condition continued after we intentionally keeping them. Apart as much as possible I think is the sensor of our room”

“Property and location were great. Our room needed maintenance, the shower handle was loose, the hallway outside our room had a bad smell the first night, but it disapated the next day. I would stay here again, but the room just seemed average.”

“Partenza negativa… molto, stanza sporca (gocce sul tavolo, cucinino sporco, lenzuola macchiate). Per il resto è stato un bel soggiorno. La posizione è perfetta per la tranquillità. Per arrivare a LA ci si mette un po’, ma si sa, il traffico è quel che è. Comunque, avvisata la reception del problema pulizia, alla fine abbiamo risolto… mi resta il dubbio se la lavanderia funziona, ora che siamo partiti… ”

“Todo estuvo perfecto, súper limpio, super atentos una zona súper céntrica, y nos gustó mucho que estaba caminando de Knott’s y a 15 min en carro a Disney la vdd es una muy buena opción a buen precio”
