“Rooms were well kept and breakfast was good”

“I didn't take any pets so I'm not sure about their policy. Family friendly.”

“We arrived late on Friday evening after traveling for several hours. Learned elevator was out upon arrival, assumed it was something they were working on until another guest helped us to our room on the 3rd floor, and said the elevator had been out all week. The next morning on our way down the steps we noticed the 3rd floor landing and steps had about a 1 to 1 1/2 inch height gap that could easily present a safety fall risk. My mother has had 2 knee replacements and I have bad knees myself....

“Hotel was very dated. Rooms and hallways had an unpleasant smell to them. Good stay for the money though.”

“On the good side, as usual, these hotels are always clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good. My dislikes were that the ice machine on the second and third floor were not working. The bathroom chair was broken and left outside the tub. They were not helpful in guiding us to amenities in Knoxville. ”

“ It smelled so good coming in the main doors and in our room, everything was very clean, staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast selection was wonderful. Great bed and shower, plenty of towels. Will definitely stay here again!!”

“I smelled like smoke. The carpet felt icky the furniture was all scraped up or worn out like something happens in the room and the breakfast was peanut butte crackers granola bars and cereal. ”
