Lodge a Loughborough

“Fantastic service from amy 😊 The room was lovley and clean and nice and warm just what I needed after a long drive Would definitely recommend to anyone 👌”

“Our stay regrettably wasn’t good given the faulty fire alarm going off at 6.45am and slow management reaction to resolve. What should have been a relaxing overnight stay wasn’t as a result. No real apology or refund for that matter offered! Everything else was okay but not the level of other reviews we expected.”

“This stay corrosponded with a 50th birthday we were invited to, and chose this accomodation as it was fairly close! “Lovely location and the staff were great. Nothing was too much bother. Definitely stay again”

“Excellent.”

Unfortunately the only temperate was scalding hot which made it difficult to shower but I’m sure that’s an easy fix for the host. Thanks so much for the stay!”

It was obvious the room was not clean, but since I needed to rest, I decided to mention it at the reception before leaving. I even brought the piece of nail and explained what happened at check-out, no...
