“Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. “We were there from a Friday to Monday and did not get our roomed cleaned one time. Their policy is every other day and that is fine but on Sunday evening when we returned to our room from the day nothing had been done! No clean towels, no beds made, no new toiletries etc. Part of what you pay for and enjoy when you stay at a hotel is coming back to a clean room. “This hotel is dated and definitely needs upgrading. Upon first getting to the hotel, you notice landscaping that is not taken care of at all. Upon entering, the amenities are not taken care of and mostly empty, with food or something smeared on the case. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was not working, but the one on the first floor was.
