“This was such a beautiful place right on the water and so close to town and many restaurants. 10/10 I’d stay here again. It was my honeymoon and of course I got sick but the 5 days we were here was absolutely wonderful. Romez was awesome as well always a text away if we needed anything. Kim was awesome and always responded quickly with communication before we had arrived.”

“Highly, highly, recommend. I wanted a place that was quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Simpson bay, so when I wanted to do so I could relax in peace. The place looked exactly as the pictured depicted. I felt extra safe because the parking is under a garage and is gate accesssed. There are a few minor details that needs attention (the walkway to the door), but not enough for me to not return. I will definitely be booking the same villa next year during the off peak season. “Overall the house and property was very clean. Bedrooms are very large and they had their own bathrooms with an amazing walk in shower. Frederick and Lesker were very responsive with easy check-in and checkout processes and answered all of our questions promptly. Loved the pool area and the beautiful landscaping where we would watch the planes takeoff and land with the ships and water in the background.
