“The room was definitely dirty. Had to change rooms because the television kept going out, the toilet would not flush and the refrigerator did not work. The second room smelled like cigarette smoke but we dealt with it because we were too tired to leave again. We did not get cleaning service on the second day so we had to ask for tissue and towels. When they did clean the floor was still nasty and full of crumbs. Definitely not a good look for a Marriott brand hotel.”

“The breakfast was ok. No water in the pool, property was a bit rundown and not the cleanest. The AC in the room was very loud.”

“Parking was good, and checkin was good and quick. I asked the young man with the white hair at the front desk if there were safes available, and he said they didn't have any at that location. So, I had to take my valuables with me whenever I left. The next morning I saw a sign in the breakfast area indicating there were safes available; just ask. 😡 Also, there was not a closet in our room. These two incidents were VERY disappointing. ”

“My go to property when I’m in the area . Clean lobby, comfortable room, great breakfast included in stay . Staff very friendly”

“Had to move from 1st room the smell was horrible. The second room the bathroom was terrible. The tub was rusted and suspect. The “hotel” was more like section 8 housing.”

“Their was no roaches from the room door until we left... Couldn't sleep ROACHES everywhere so I sleep in my car. Ask for a refund the lady gave me ANT SPRAY LORD help me and still no refund an still sleep in the car”

“This was my second time that front desk guy makes me to do reservation on line instead to do walking reservation, telling me than that not is possible at that moment, and There is a lot opportunity to improve breakfast.”

“The place itself is fine—it’s clean and well-located—but the overall experience was terrible. We went three days without air conditioning. The manager doesn't resolve anything and has a very poor attitude. To top it all off, on Saturday—our day off—a fire alarm activated. before 6:00 a.m. and kept ringing for over an hour, Well, personally, it was a very bad experience.”
