Baite a Lowville

“For starters the staff was very pleasant, room was clean, bedding was excellent, no issues with parking. Having a breakfast at the hotel is perfect and the choices were great for the days we stayed.”

“The property is very basic. The bathtub fixtures need work. The toilet was balanced with a piece of wood and the tub faucet practically fell out. There ws no shampoo in the bathtub dispenser. Very dark room, two inadequate lights. The description says something about a breakfast but there was nothing at all and a sign in the lobby that says "no breakfast". Not a terrible stay, but the place is in need of some basic repairs and attention to some details.”

“The good : well located with easy highway access to Route 81, Watertown, Sackets Harbor, and the Thousand Islands region within 10 to 25 minutes. Reasonably comfortable rooms. Good desk staff (when they are there). The bad: continental breakfast was poor. No breads of any kind. No fruits. Bitter Coffee. The desk staff often not there. Sought towels at 10pm. Rang the service phone at desk. No one came after over 5 minutes. I finally roamed till I found a guy. Internet wifi was...

“VERY, very basic. I thought the bed was gonna break. There was an outlet right over the headboard that was being pulled so tight that the item plugged into it was pulling it sideways and out of the wall. Looked dangerous. The floor slanted and felt hollow underneath. The towels did not smell clean.”
