“Me encanto todo service al Cliente, areas del hotel limps, habiataciones amplias… el area de la piscina tenía demasiado cloro!!!!! Tuve Una intoxicacion, deberian tomar precautions ya que lo visitan muchas familias con niños pqueños!”

“Purtroppo attirato da alcuni giudizi positivi prenoto una notte. All'arrivo troviamo alla reception un uomo che ci consegna le chiavi della camera parlandoci così velocemente che non abbiamo capito nulla. All'apertura della camera restiamo tutti a bocca aperta; ma la camera è stata fatta oppure no??...ci domandiamo!!! Troviamo i cuscini fuori posto e le lenzuola tutte stropicciate. L'impressione è stata proprio che le lenzuola e i cuscini non fossero stati cambiati. Guardiamo per curiosità...

“This hotel has a great central location. Comfy beds, clean rooms, 3 towels for 4 people even after asking for 4 all week. Not housekeepings fault its managements policy?? ADJUST PEOPLE IN CHARGE!!! The breakfast buffet was very well stocked w a variety of healthy choices includiing gluten free each day. Coffee was fresh made per cup, but a bit weak for my liking. “Everything was great! The only thing was that the cold water in the room was never cold, only room temperature warm. The hot water was ok.”
