“This motel perfectly corresponds to our needs: easy to be reached by car, large parking, comfortable rooms, good quality hot buffet breakfast included in the reasonable rates. Smart person at the reception. 5 minutes by car from the Hopper House (which is our reason to visit Nyack, NY)”

“Breakfast was mediocre, hot chocolate was cold had to ask them to reheat. Iron in the room didnt work, thermostat wasnt working in room. Hot tub was hot pool was nice n warm. Cleaning lady dian acted like the hotel towels were hers when i refused room service and jus said i needed new towels she was very disgruntled. ”

“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”

“Room I stayed in (529) had a noisy ventilation system, making it difficult to sleep. Bathroom door would not stay open on its own. ”

“The room was very humid even with our air conditioner turned on the lowest temp. Otherwise our stay was very nice. Good breakfast and helpful staff.”

“The staff was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. (No moldy corners yay!) I will say it has the longest hallways to get from lobby to the elevators. For someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage you need to take this into consideration. Best to ask reception where your room is located to determine which side of building to park on. We didn't use pool or gym. The lobby restaurant looked nice but we did not eat there. ”

“Parking is limited and not conveniently located to the buildings where the rooms are located. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms leave a lot to be desired- when we arrived there was clearly a moisture issue on our floor, there was a terrible smell and fans going in the hallway. Our room was very dark. The one day we requested housekeeping and left early our room was not turned over, but the next day when we had a do not disturb sign on our door housekeeping tried to come in at 9 AM.”
