“Beautiful property and pub. Make sure you have dinner early though or take food with you as the kitchen closes early and no where to get any food locally. ”

“Great one night stay. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. I also loved the breakfast hamper in the room - the hotel doesn’t do a formal breakfast, however a very good hamper is provided in your room with granola, dried fruit mix, cornflakes, croissants and apples. There’s also tea/coffee, and milk and yogurt in the fridge. I thought this was a great idea and it was all included in the cost of the room. I would definitely stay there again. ”

“Arrived after a 200 mile motorbike ride round Snowdonia, hot and tired, Liz welcomed us, sorted roo s which wete ready. Had cold beers on a table before we had unloaded, that's service. Atmosphere was great, all staff friendly, evening meal was really tasty with proper pies, no small portion sizes here. Rooms large, clean all ensuite. “It's very close to some of the Iron bridge attractions, close to the river Severn, and within fairly easy walking distance to the town centre. The room we had was a family room, so more than big enough for us. There was no air conditioning, but a large ceiling fan kept the room cool . Food in the restaurant was excellent. ”
