"I went there to get a whirlpool bath and asked specifically for this hotel only to find out that there was no working Jacuzzi for at least a year, but still advertising that there was one. Had to go through a lot of wrangling to get my refund and still have not received my credit. Hopefully I won't ..."

"My overall experience was okay the only thing I had a problem with is the water pressure in the shower sucked and people that comes for the dirty towels came and knocked on the door at 8 am and knocked really loud when I was still sleeping."
