"Camera spaziosa e ben arredata, pulita, confortevole, con tante prese e wifi veloce. Il personale è sorridente e disponibile. Colazione ricca di quantità e qualità. Consiglio il ristorante anche per la cena. La spa è organizzata e pulita."

"Camera molto curata e pulita, con cambio biancheria giornaliero, caffè e thè a disposizione. Bagno molto bello e spazioso. Self check in e accesso alla struttura con codice, molto comodo.Unico neo, la stanza era nel seminterrato con un lucernario sul giardino non apribile. Spero possa essere aperto dal personale per un ricambio d'aria durante le pulizie. Area molto tranquilla, sicura e comodissima per raggiungere il centro con i mezzi (15 minuti), sia tram che autobus. Tornerei volentieri nella stessa struttura."

"Camera pulita, letto confortevole, arredamento e dimensioni della stanza minimal ma accettabili, prodotti per il bagno in dispenser per ecosostenibilità, disponibilità di altri prodotti ove dimenticati all'atto di comporre il bagaglio (in reception, solo a richiesta, di quasi tutto: dagli spazzolini da denti ad ago e filo per cucire). Manca il bidet ma siamo in Scozia: gli italiani all'estero se ne debbono fare una ragione. Parcheggio interno disponibile dietro pagamento di una somma accettabile. Colazione completa e gradevole. Disponibilità del ristorante interno per la cena con un menù limitato ma complessivamente accettabile per qualità e costo (in caso di brutto tempo o stanchezza per cui si decide di non uscire). Abbastanza ben collegato con una linea di tram al centro (comunque, la difficoltà di parcheggio in centro rende l'eventuale uso dell'automobile sconsigliato: costerebbedi più parcheggiare nei limitati parcheggi esistenti che il taxi a/r). Inoltre, ha un differenziale di costo con gli hotel centralissimi (tipo quelli sul Royal Mile, dove peraltro l'eventuale parcheggio dell'automobile è limitato e costoso) che ne suggerisce la scelta."
