The condition of the property was good, not great because the bathroom exhaust fan kept blowing out greyish black debris, the mounted indoor AC system would occasionally drip water-(perhaps condensation) on the floor and the hand towel rack was barely handing on.
The common areas were well kept and clean. Beautiful scenery out back.”

“Ho visitato 3 resort durante il mio soggiorno a Chiang Mai e questo oltre a essere stato il più costoso è anche stato il peggiore!Appena arrivati ho notato nel bagno in camera una "striscia" di non so cosa nel wc (vi è rimasta per tutti e 3 i giorni). Più che un resort è un hotel con ristorante (non male ma caro) e piscina vicina alla riva del fiume.La colazione è buona (unica nota positiva). L'ultima notte non ci siamo potuti fare nemmeno una doccia per mancanza di acqua calda;siamo partiti...
“Great hotel for the price. Very clean, rooms a good size and staff very friendly. There is no restaurant but there is free toast and coffee at breakfast time. Nice coffee shop at the front of the hotel, the location is a good 30 minutes walk from old town but lots of cafe and restaurants on the way. For the price paid it was excellent.”

“Very nice property and room. Close to food and shopping. Staff was helpful at checkin/out and breakfast attendants were kind and attentive. Enjoyed breakfast on the terrace next to the river. Wish we could have stayed longer. ”
“This was a nice solo stay at the Noble Baan. If you are looking to avoid a hostel stay, this is a budget hotel that does the job. I appreciated that it had a balcony. You will need a scooter or to take taxis if you stay here, but I personally prefer to save on lodging and have a scooter. If you are scared of renting a scooter you can use rideshare apps to hire a scooter or car with driver to take you into the city. ”

입지는 공항에서 10분거리로 가깝고 시내까지도 10분 거리로 가까움, 호텔 바로 옆이 농호이 로컬 마켓이 있어서 쌀국수, 과일 등 저렴ㄹ한 먹거리가 풍부해서 너무 좋음.
길 건너 마사지 샨은 1시간 300바트로 잘함.”
