“Our room had roaches!!! Found them crawling on the walls, in bathroom, running across furniture. We reported situation to front desk and was told that it was the last available room. We told him that there was no way we were staying another minute in that room and he offered a refund which I’m waiting to receive! “Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. “Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!!”
