“Rude front desk agent. The 3pm to 11 pm gentleman was great. But the young lady manning the desk from7am to 3pm was very nasty. I had a really bad migraine and she called the room to say that check out was at 11:00 am. I explained to her that I was a stay over and that I extended my stay through hotels.com. “Beautiful property. My only issue was the lack of hot water and water pressure. The water wasn't cold but was more warm. Also, the front doors doesn't slide open so getting suitcases through can be a challenge. Other than that, everything was smooth, clean and comfortable. ”
