“The assistant manager, Tricia was very attentive to our need of airport transport and proactively let us know how the process would work. Even when we were delayed she quickly answered my emails to stay in touch with us. The gentleman that checked us in at 1:45AM was do kind and helpful to get us in our room asap. Even the cleaning staff greeted us in the hall. We loved the room and the whole facility. ”
