“Very helpful staff. Made taxi arrangements for me, provided hand phone power cord when I had forgotten mine, made change of larger bills. Thoughtful and attentive. Room was basic but clean and as advertised. Centrally located near beach and center. Guard at the entrance and parking area. Facilities were minimal, so beat for a tourist rather than business traveller. Breakfast was simple and adequate. Has room service and restaurant. Would recommend.”

“This hotel is my regular stay when I come to Chennai. You can freely go in and out of Express Avenue, so you can enjoy meals, shopping, movies, etc. regardless of the weather. The hotel staff is very kind and willing to give you advice. I come to see movies during Pongal and am very satisfied because there is a movie theater next door. I would like to stay again next time.”

Malgré cela j'ai demandé de changer de chambre même pour le lendemain,on m'a dit qu'il n'y a pas de disponibilité alors que la veille il y avait de la place.Ce qui m'a horrifié c'est des cafards que j'ai tué.”
